Summary

Dr Tom Johnson provides an overview of the patient who will be part of the live case including demographics and pre angiograms. Discussion on strategy for this patient and the use of OFDI in bifurcation lesions.

Dr Peter O Kane leads the live case and discusses the strategy with upfront OFDI imaging. How to set up console for acquiring a pullback is discussed and image interpretation is provided by Dr Yoshi Onuma. Bifurcation techniques are discussed reviewing a one stent or two stent strategy as well as POT. 3D reconstruction is performed pre and post Ultimaster stent, with discussion regarding stent design facilitating bifurcation lesion treatment.
